2. Scope of Services

  • Laledi Tours provides tourism, travel, and related services including but not limited to: guided tours, accommodation arrangements, transportation, and cultural experiences.
  • Services are offered in compliance with European Union consumer protection laws, international tourism standards, and Turkish Commercial Code.


3. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations must be confirmed in writing (email or booking system).
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
  • Prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment or deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  • 1 day before service: Full refund minus administrative fees.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: No refund.
  • No Show Clause:
  • If a customer fails to arrive at the designated pickup point or meeting location at the scheduled time without prior written notice, it will be classified as a "No Show."
  • No Show participants are not eligible for a refund, partial credit, or tour rescheduling. * Laledi Tours is not responsible for delays caused by the customer (e.g., oversleeping, wrong location, or personal delays).
  • Force Majeure: Full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.


5. Responsibilities of Laledi Tours

  • Laledi Tours ensures services are delivered with professional care and in accordance with EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302) and Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
  • The company is responsible for providing accurate information regarding itineraries, pricing, and services.
  • Liability is limited to the scope of services contracted and excludes indirect damages.


6. Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Customers must provide accurate personal information during booking.
  • Customers are responsible for complying with visa, passport, and health requirements.
  • Customers must respect local laws, customs, and safety regulations during tours.


7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Laledi Tours complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
  • Personal data collected (name, contact details, payment information) will only be used for service delivery and legal compliance.
  • Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.


8. Insurance

  • Customers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings.
  • Laledi Tours may offer insurance options but is not liable for uninsured risks.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Türkiye, in compliance with EU and international tourism standards.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.


10. Amendments

  • Laledi Tours reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Updated versions will be published on the official website and communicated to customers prior to taking effect.
